What we keep

The Beauty House & Unique Gifts is a trading name of Mar Does Hair LLC. When you book, Mar Does Hair LLC keeps your name, email address, phone number if you give one, anything you write in the notes, and the appointment itself. That is all. There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

What it is for

Your details are used to hold your appointment, send your confirmation and reminder, and let Maryam reach you about your visit. They are never sold, rented or used for marketing.

A few services do the work behind the scenes and see only what they need to: our website host, our database, our email provider and, if you choose text reminders, our text-message provider (Twilio). None of them may use your details for anything else.

Text message reminders

Text reminders are optional, and only sent if you tick the box when you book or tell us in person that you would like one. Consent is not a condition of booking.

If you opt in, The Beauty House sends two texts for each appointment you book: a confirmation when you book, and a reminder the day before. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also email booking@mardoeshair.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Keeping or removing it

Appointment records are kept so we have a history of your visits. To see what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email booking@mardoeshair.com.
